Gracie and Maddy are two of the Stockbridge-Munsee youth who traveled to their ancestral lands in the Capital Region of New York from their reservation in Wisconsin. They spoke with Hudson Mohawk Magazine about their experience visiting this area, how this journey has helped them to connect with family, and their hopes for the future. Gracie also spoke about being a Water Justice Lab fellow and testing the Hudson River waters.
