Lights Out Norlite Responds To DEC Order On Dust

DEC has issued a Notice of Violation to the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator and aggregate producer in Cohoes for fugitive dust that is blowing off-site and onto neighboring residential properties. Norlite must immediately halt the dispersal of the dust and develop a plan of action within 60 days.
