Jayana LaFountaine is an Afro-Latina portrait photographer and birth doula based in Troy, NY who will be facilitating a workshop at the Sanctuary on Oct. 14 around lineage and identity called "Who's On Your Face?" at 5:00 PM. At 7:00 PM, Jayana will join Women Picturing Revolution (WPR) co-creators Lesly Deschler Canossi and Zoraida Lopez-Diago and editors of Black Matrilineage, Photography, and Representation for a book discussion and presentation.
