This weekend, "In The Blood," a play by Suzan-Lori Parks, will be performed at The Harbinger Theatre. It is a modern take on The Scarlet Letter, where the main character, Hester, is unhoused with five children, and the same actors also play the societal forces pitted against her.
Director TJ Collins, Monet Thompson, who plays one of the children and a social worker, and Nicole DamaPoleto, who plays Hester spoke with Vinny DamaPoleto about this play.
