Horner NYPIRG Complaint Re Cuomo Spending Campaign Funds

Good government groups have filed a complaint with the State Board of Elections challenging the ability of former Governor Cuomo on how he gets to spend the $18 million remaining in his campaign account. The first question relates to whether he can use the funds to pay for media to defend his behavior.
