Today, on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine:

We start off with Mark Dunlea talking with Bob Cohen of Citizen Action about a big rally at the capitol on March 20th to demand that legislators take serious action on the climate crisis.

Then, Brea Barthel interviews Citizen Action’s executive director Rosemary Rivera to learn more about that organization and about two other rallies coming up on the 20th and 26th.

Later on, retired meteorologist Hugh Johnson joins us to look at how climate change has worsened snowstorms in Colorado, plus what’s expected for the upcoming tornado season and our local forecast.

After that, our roaming labor correspondent Willie Terry brings us part two of his report from the March conference of the New York State Senate and Assembly’s Puerto Rican and Hispanic Task Force on the power of labor organizing.

Finally, Brea is back, to bring us an update from Troy Public Library on youth activities in April, and return of some services at the Lansingburgh branch still closed due to December flooding.
