Retired National Weather Service meteorologist Hugh Johnson spoke with Brea Barthel and Alisha Washington about extreme rain and extreme heat. Johnson said, "we actually broke the ALL time record with 10.06, and is our SIXTH wettest month ever. Our fifth wettest since August 2011 when we had 10.41 inches with Irene. We have a week to catch that mark, I am betting we will." He also spoke about a dangerous heat wave coming up and signs of heat stroke.
