Capital Streets Celebrates One Year of Improving Streets

Capital Streets began “building a movement to transform the Capital Region's streets” almost a year ago. Coming up on their one year anniversary, Capital Streets Executive Director James Rath came to Hudson Mohawk Magazine to speak about this milestone, reflect on the past, and look into the future.
