Today, my guest is Tom Mendoza, Vice Chairman of NetApp. Tom joined NetApp, Inc. in 1994 as employee number 32 and went on to serve as its President from 2000 until 2008 until he was promoted to Vice Chairman. In September 2000, the University of Notre Dame renamed their business school the Mendoza College of Business based upon a generous endowment from Tom and Kathy Mendoza.
