Rishi Sunak started the week by declining to vote, or even give a view, on the Privileges Committee report on Partygate and Boris Johnson. In then end, leader of the House of Commons Penny Mordaunt and four other cabinet colleagues marched over 100 Tory MPs through the lobby to vote for it.
