The quote above sums up DJ Steven Mestre’s decade long career — channel my diverse house music experience into some infectious beats and let the spirit, emotion and energy of the crowd speak for me.

So far that strategy has been successful, attracting the attention of such record industry icons like Defected Records, a label specializing in house music in the UK and several other reputable labels here in the U.S. including House legend Todd Terry's Inhouse Records. Mestre has also earned a solid reputation on the remix side with credits that include Julie Mcknight, Dirty Vegas, and Kathy Brown, to name a few.

The Puerto Rican-NY native has a spectrum of diverse influences ranging from an upbringing in a very musically-influenced home to more than three decades of traveling the world and performing at various venues, including here at home in the highly competitive NYC area. Being immersed in that culture, he has an obvious talent with the turntables and an innate sense of what works on the dance floor.

Fast forward to now. He is uniting the architects of these global hits. Recent releases have dropped in Brazil, NY, Italy and Spain.
