About Dick
Dick has an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale. He is a former Wharton Public Policy Fellow and taught Strategic Leadership as an adjunct faculty member in the Masters of Organization Development and Leadership Program at St. Joseph’s University.

Dick wrote How to Lead an Effective Meeting (and get the results you want). He is a public speaker on the topic of effective meetings and works with people on how to speak powerfully and effectively to groups of any size. He has authored numerous published articles. He is Past President of the Yale Club of Dallas and sits on the Board of the North Texas Chapter of US Lacrosse.
