This week we are getting vulnerable and listening to a tale that proves the ol' saying of a friendship break-up hits you more than any boy could. In this deep episode, Ash shares a tale of her experience going through a friendship break-up that led to trauma that evolved into self-discovery of the bad bitch she is today. This episode covers emotional abuse, calling out toxic behaviours and what is needed to heal along the way.
