The company is leading the hospitality industry in this field, and in 2019 her department won a prestigious Caterer Award for diversity and inclusion.
Prior to working for Soho House, Emma was a journalist for many years, working in national newspapers and magazines. She has written about equality and diversity extensively for The Times, the Telegraph and the Independent.
