With the end of another year, comes an array of celebration – everywhere we turn people seem to be happy and enjoying the holidays. But for individuals who have recently lost someone they love; the holiday season can feel more like something they need to get through, rather than enjoy. While there is very little that we can do to fix the pain of loss our grieving loved ones are facing, we can bring them comfort and do our best to be empathetic of their grief during the holiday season. Tune in to this week's Changing Lives Podcast to learn what grieving people wish you knew at Christmas.
