In 1979, Rolling Stone Magazine called NYC's Times Square the "sleaziest block in America". It was filled with XXX theatres, peep shows, adult book stores, and prostitutes. In December of 1979 responders were sent to a motel fire. In a room they found two women laying in the bed. Both had been decapitated and their hands cut off. Now NYC's Times Square had a serial killer on it's hands.
