Gregory Malouf, author of Silent:The Power of Silence and founder of the Epsilon Healing Academy in Australia. After overcoming tremendous abuse and dysfunction, Greg became financially very successful. Yet, as a workaholic, he was miserable inside. He describes some of the physical and emotional abuse which contributed to his own addiction to drugs, alcohol, sex and gambling. After his second wife left him with their two children, Greg hit rock bottom. He discusses some of the techniques and tools that helped him heal.

For example, gratitude helped him discover abundance within his life. Group and individual therapy was also tremendously helpful. He learned that as we face our truths, we peel back the layers and are better able to truly forgive and live in the present moment. He describes his own meditative practice and how being silent has had a tremendous impact upon his life. For more information, please visit http://www.silentthebook.com
