A big thank you to Sian Rees, from the Evangelical Alliance, for her clear and compelling message from Acts 4 in our ‘Spirit Filled Church’ series.

Here are some questions from Sian for us to discuss this week:

1. What does this ‘new’ season look like in your world? In your personal or family life, your work life and your church?

2. Read Acts 4:29-30 once again and note what they considered to be priority requests during that time. In terms of making Jesus known to others, what would be your priority requests? Boldness, clarity, a lack of fear, words to say etc...?

3. Can you think of examples in the Bible where people were filled with the Holy Spirit to enable them to complete specific tasks or purposes?

4. The title of the message was ‘Filled for purpose, proclamation and power’. Pray for one another not only to be filled with the Holy Spirit, but that He would specifically breathe on the purposes He has called us to.
