You might not know it, but there are some incredible fisheries around you that almost no one targets. Lurking in the rivers and lakes throughout New England are monstrous pike that can easily reach over 40". But for unknown reasons, many anglers look down their noses at pike (and bass, and muskie) as "trash fish" to be ignored if not outright eradicated.
