In 1991 she suffered complete memory loss after a super-dramatic car crash in the USA (seriously, it’s like a movie scene). We cover workaholism, saying “no” and chasing other people’s versions of success. Adah has continually reinvented herself - because we and the world are constantly changing - by learning to be still, to play and define what’s important. She has taken these skills to enact transformational change with clients like Google and Unilever. Adah is also the Chairperson of Mental Health First (MHFA) England and is artist in residence at Santa Barbara at SBCAST (The Santa Barbara Centre for Art Science and Technology).
