As part of a larger project I'm working on in regards to critical race theory, intersectionality, and the church I'm reading through books that are either speaking on the subject or reacting to the subject.   One of these books is "How To Fight Racism" by Jemar Tisby. I read this book as part of this project because it was the go-to book shortly after the death of George Floyd in 2020.  In addition to this, it continues to be pointed to as one of the central works in an understanding of racism.
