Casey Mulligan is an economist and author. Currently, he is a Professor in Economics at the University of Chicago. From July 2018 to June 2019, he served as chief economist for the Council of Economic Advisers in the Trump Administration. In 2020, Casey published his most recent book, “You’re Hired!: Untold Successes and Failures of a Populist President.”
