H: Health- Stopped allowing my weight to determine the value of what I looked like. Instead I do things that FEEL good to my body. Move, Workout, Eat (take time after meals to see how my body reacts- tired, sluggish, heart burn), Simple skincare (wash my face in the shower, use moisturizer, lip care). DOESN'T have to be daily. Instead Set up a Routine.


 


O: Outside- Outdoors grounds me, fresh air, being in my garden. What can you do to give yourself a BREAK?


 


W: Worship- Open my bible app, turn on worship music: Set the TONE for your day & Use it to Rest, Come back from a Distruption
