Finding inspiration in the stories previously told about Lando, Ireland’s book feels like a throwback to 60’s and 70’s space fantasy. We discuss Lando being down on his luck, the galactic politics swirling in the background, and how L3 and Lando handle the earnestness and plucky nature of a thirteen-year-old princess.
