Welcome to the Holly Springs Deep Dive Podcast! It’s election season and you know how much I love talking to candidates so YOU can make a well-informed decision when you cast your ballot. 

This week, I’m releasing interviews with candidates for the North Carolina Senate, District 17 seat. The incumbent is Sydney Batch, and the challenger is Mark Cavaliero.

Early voting starts on Thursday Oct. 20 through Sat. Nov. 5. The Hunt Center in Holly Springs is one of the early voting locations.

You can register to vote in person during early voting, in person at the election office, online through the DMV or by mail. The deadline for all but registering during early voting is October 14. You can request an absentee ballot as late as Nov. 1. I’ll share a link helping you with all of that as well.
