This week we are joined by an old internet chum of Scott's: Romanized Visigoth to discuss a 30 hour lecture series conducted at Brooklyn Polytechnic University in 1985 by Murray N. Rothbard entitled "THE AMERICAN ECONOMY AND THE END OF LAISSEZ-FAIRE: 1870 TO WORLD WAR II" This extremely well researched and elucidating college course is freely available on the Mises Institute's website. Rothbard lays out an excellent groundwork that fills in many of the blanks that the History Homos analysis of American history relies on and does so while expounding his signature libertarian ethos. All in all an extremely entertaining and enlightening conversation on some of the problems with libertarianism, kosher history rewrites in general and how all of these events created a framework for the degenerate society we find ourselves in today.
