King Ludwig II of Bavaria (The Swan King)

King Ludwig II of Bavara is also known as the Swan King and is also known as the Fairy Tale King. When he succeeded to the throne at the age of 18, he wanted everything except to rule. He hated being around the parties and the politics and instead chose to spend his time immersed in various forms of art. He spent his wealth and time as king constructing elaborate castles (one of which is the inspiration for Sleeping Beauty's castle). He was accused of being insane and shortly after, died under mysterious circumstances. To this day, his cause of death of unknown.
