Is federalism the solution for the UK's divisions?

As the countries on Britain continue to chart different political courses, could a new federal United Kingdom provide a solution that could persuade independence supporters and centralising unionists that there is enough common ground to build a sustainable future for the UK?
The Liberal Democrats and the new British Labour leadership think so. We ask the leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats, Jane Dodds, and Hefin David (Member of the Senedd for Caerphilly) to outline how they think federalism would improve the way Britain is governed. and invite Mark Hooper of Yes Cymru to critique the concept.
