Something has gone wrong. We simply do not talk anymore. We text. We email. We post on Facebook. We tweet on Twitter. We vent without ever having spoken to a person, or picked up the phone. The human soul must be watered to thrive and conversation is how we share our deepest thoughts and needs. Rabbi Simcha takes a sabbatical from the shtick and gets serious with Vesper Stamper. Vesper is the author/illustrator of WHAT THE NIGHT SINGS (Longlisted for the National Book Award) a lushly illustrated novel about a teen Holocaust survivor, who must come to terms with who she is and how to rebuild her life. She has an MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay from School of Visual Arts, NYC.
