The late Nipsey Hussle collaborated with Rick Ross half-a-dozen times during his lifetime, and he popped up once again on Ross' new album, Port of Miami 2. The song “Rich Nigga Lifestyle” features Nip and Teyana Taylor, and finds the Los Angeles rapper addressing a pair of controversial subjects.

He kicks things off by taking a shot at 6ix9ine, the Brooklyn rapper whose rap career came crashing down last year following federal racketeering charges. 6ix9ine is reportedly cooperating with authorities:How many niggas on your payroll?
Rich gangbangers, yeah I ain’t even know they make those
Double caseloads, push buttons, I got say-so
When it’s war time, never lay low, y'all play roles
I can’t name a fake nigga that was not exposed
How y'all niggas so surprised that Tekashi told?
Ain’t a real street nigga ‘less you got a code

Nip previously expressed his distaste for Tekashi’s brand of troll-fueled clout in an interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood earlier this year. “You can’t even really get on Tekashi, you gotta demand more from the public. You got people reacting to how the public reacting to Tekashi disrespecting them,” Nip said. “The public should not even react to clown shit. The public should follow the real niggas, if the real niggas ain’t reactin' so y'all don’t react. Put the dude on goofy time and just let him sit over here doing what he doing till that shit expire, cause it always gonna self-destruct, clearly.”

According to a recent Complex report, 6ix9ine is expected to testify in court later this year, and will explain that the lyrics to some of his songs were meant as threats to rival rappers.

As we all found out overnight, Pusha-T's "Maybach Music VI" verse didn't make the final cut of the Port of Miami 2 track featuring Lil Wayne.

In a new interview with Hot 97, Rick Ross has addressed Pusha's absence, confirming (after similar comments from Pusha's team) that the verse was cleared. The decision to not include it, he said Friday, simply came down to not feeling the long-awaited bringing together of these two icons would have been organic enough under these circumstances.
