The last few weeks we’ve discussed what submission as a Christian looks like in a broken world. While Peter gives us great practical advice, what happens when our submission doesn’t solve our problem, but creates more suffering? Do we continue to submit? Do we endure suffering voluntarily? Peter wants to tell us that in the times where we’ve had enough is the exact time we may be called to further submission for Christ’s sake. This Sunday we’ll discuss what it means to submit in times when we want to attack or quit.
