A Cloud dropped down above the trees and created a mist and fog to protect them from enemy fire. It was a miracle! The GI who told this story was even more shocked when he found out that back home at that exact time, a religious woman called a 'prayer warrior' had just ask the Lord to "cover him with a cloud." This is a true military story about US troops being saved from death by the miraculous covering of a cloud that descended to protect them.
The Story appeared in Guide Posts Best-Loved Stories in 1998 and was written by Spencer January. The Host of this podcast retells it as a Memorial Day Tribute.
