After a little hiatus while traveling, I'm back with an episode about Childhood Adversities and how they affect our lives later on. Do you ever feel like you are in fight or flight mode constantly and don't know why? That other people tend to deal with things better than you do? So many of us have traumas from when we are younger - whether big or micro traumas that add up. The thing is though, that there are SO many things we can do to empower us, uplift us, and make us stronger & more resilient so that these traumas don't have such big consequences later on in life. I share how I think fitness, nutrition, and spirituality play a large role in healing these "ACE" factors (Adverse Childhood Experiences.)
