... I've got news for you. You're likely NOT getting more anxious.... just more aware. While it's still hard to feel this anxious feeling, the benefit of being AWARE of being more anxious or aware of negative traumas and emotions is that we can actually do something with them and release them, rather than them controlling our lives and manifesting in unhealthy ways. 


Often times, when we are not aware of our emotions, we shove them down and end up using things to cope: whether food, exercise, drugs, alcohol, whatever your vice may be, or it may manifest unhealthily in your relationships... causing you to lash out and be irritable to your loved ones. You may find that you deal with depression, are just going through your day to day tasks and not enjoying life, disassociating, and not even FEELING like yourself.
