Dr. Dylan Cutler empowers women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to achieve hormonal balance, regulate periods, enhance fertility, improve mood, and gain body confidence, without dieting or pills. She obtained her PhD in Obstetrics and Gynecology, specializing in PCOS, from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Cutler has been living a plant-based lifestyle for over 15 years. She believes plant-based diets positively impact our health, the environment, food sustainability, land sustainability, and animal welfare. When she’s not creating new recipes, you can likely find her at the gym pumping iron, or in the mountains hiking.

This episode we get into how food has an effect on our body in ways perhaps one would not expect! We speak about real stories of people triumphing over what feels like an impossible diagnosis.
