Carbon tax will increase by €6 to €36 per tonne in this year's Budget. This means the cost of petrol, diesel and home heating are set to rise too.  To discuss this, we heard from  Richard Boy Barret, Solidarity-People Before Profit TD for Dún Laoghaire and Oisin Coughlan, Director of Friends of the Earth .
