In Episode 57 of the “High Regard Show,” “Neal Morse's Prog-ress,” we interview prog rocker Neal Morse about his namesake band's new album, "The Similitude of a Dream," which will be released Nov. 11 and is based on the 1678 book "Pilgrim's Progress" by John Bunyan (not to be make mistaken with the time of Paul Bunyan). He also discusses his longtime collaboration with drummer Mike Portnoy and what he's listening to himself these days.

Plus, in "Roly Poly Roarty," Tom makes a pledge that if he's going to destroy his gastric sleeve it will be with a jar of hot fudge with a whipped cream chaser. (Not that Nikki will allow that, though.)
