In Episode 113 of the “High Regard Show,” “Ice Cream with a Purpose," is about Alphabet Scoop, an East Village ice cream shop that serves not only delicious ice cream, but also a higher purpose as the majority of its employees are at-risk youth from the neighborhood. A program of The Father's Heart Ministries next door, Alphabet Scoop opened in 2002 to teach valuable life and job skills to its young employees and is currently holding a crowdfunding campaign to renovate and modernize the shop to take that training one step further.
In “The POTSie,” Tom talks about how the arrival of winter weather has been affecting his POTS in a good way, kinda.
With the holidays coming, you should really be following HRS studio manager @TheKonaPersona on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. She's truly the gift that keeps giving.
