I am privileged to bring you Capt Dennis Dolan, former president of the International Federation of Airline Pilots' Association. This organisation is the global voice for airline pilots and represents more than 100 000 pilots in more than 100 countries, on matters primarily related to aviation safety.
Dennis has had a distinguished career in the US Military, the legal profession, the airline industry, ALPA and IFALPA. Starting out as an F-4 pilot flying from aircraft carriers, his airline career spanned nearly 30 years. He completed a law degree and put it to good use, with various senior leadership roles along the way.
With his military training and work ethic, his legal qualification, his experience in airlines and international organisation such as IFALPA and ICAO, this conversation will be a treat. We are going to discuss the what it takes to run global organisations, building High Performance Teams and the shape of the future of air travel.
