Jennie Lee is a yoga therapist, and the author of two books: Breathing Love: Meditation in Action, and True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness and Spiritual Fulfillment. She focuses on finding joy in connection with the universe in meditation, and on encouraging her coaching clients to develop a consistent spiritual practice.
