There’s a weird message embedded deep in our psyches about women and aging. This isn’t new. It’s been around forever. You know the line: A woman never reveals her age. Well, in this episode we’re burning that whole concept down. I’m joined by short-form video producer, and one of my closest friends, Caroline Gravino. We talk about seeing women in their 40s and beyond in entertainment, when we felt like our truest selves, and our hopes for the women coming up behind us.
After this episode you’ll feel so good about embracing your years, you’ll want to shout it from the rooftops. No matter your age, it’s a good one!
