Addition Through Subtraction: Interview with Retired Soccer Coach Mandy Green

"My need to manage my time between family and work, and become more efficient doing it, forced me to start looking at all that has been written about time, energy, and email management and might be applied to what we do as college coaches."
This is where Mandy green is now with her company Busy Coach.
Her journey started as a 4-sport athlete in high school. Soccer, though, was what took her to college.
When she was convinced to coach a club team, she found herself reconnecting with someone who convinced her to become a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Utah. This started her 23-year career in coaching.
When she finally needed a break, she left coaching and focused on family and her business, Busy Coach.
