Katie Dalebout is the women behind the podcast and book - Let it Out. She is a woman in Wellness, yet she has been on quite a journey with it. She professes to like a Green Juice as much as the next girl, but over the years her approach to wellness has widened and deepened.


As she journeyed through the world of Wellness, Katie also found journaling, and one of the reasons I love her is that she believes that getting to have those real and honest conversations with ourselves is one of the most empowering things we can ever do.
