McDonald's was one of the largest companies to pull out of Russia after the invasion of Ukraine. But now the fast-food restaurants are returning with very similar food and a new name. NPR's Charles Maynes reports. And, extreme heat is sweeping across the United States. Nearly 100 million Americans are under heat-related warnings and advisories.
