As clashes in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and Portland, Oregon, lead to three deaths, we look at the history of far-right groups and militias with David Neiwert, author of "Alt-America." Also, Pfizer is developing one of the two vaccines that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is planning to distribute in early November.
