African leaders want a role in climate solutions; Conservatives plan to dismantle EPA

The death toll is expected to rise in Libya as thousands remain missing after heavy rain and flooding over the weekend. Al Jazeera's Malik Traina talks about the devastating flooding in eastern Libya. And, leaders from across the continent have stressed that the world should not just pity African countries as some of the most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.
