Niamh Mallon joins the #PeriodPanel to discuss understanding training with your #menstrualcycle and recommendations around #nutrition around your cycle.  Niamh Mallon is a Sports Scientist at Orreco and works on the development of the Elite Female Athlete Program and the FitrWoman app. Mallon is a certified phlebotomist and holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Combined with her work, Mallon is an elite Camogie player and in October 2021, became the first Ulster player to be nominated for an All Star award since 2016.
