Meet Thammy Nguyen: European Championship Weightlifting Medalist

We were honoured to have the historic Irish weightlifter Thammy Nguyen join us on the #HerSportShow.

Thammy Nguyen made history in April when she won Ireland’s first senior medal (bronze in the 49kg division) at the recent European Weightlifting Championships.

Thammy joined us on the #HerSportShow to share her captivating journey, shedding light on her training endeavours to qualify for #Paris2024.

Thammy also discusses her experience of balancing motherhood, running her businesses, and pursuing her career as a professional athlete.
