While pregnant with her daughter, she began to experience issues with work-related stress and anxiety, which is where her mental health journey began 🧠   Discovering Mental Health First Aid in 2018 and re-training as a MHFA England Instructor was a pivotal turning point, taking Ann's career in a new direction as a workplace mental health & wellbeing consultant.
