This week we speak with Local Farm to Table creator and owner Heather Laganelli. Heather was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. Heather has nearly twenty years of experience in the creative and food service industry. She made the leap in July of 2015 to start her own restaurant in bakersfield and takes pride in the menu she concocted at Locale over the years. Heather talks about building her business and partnering with other local businesses to bring a unique creative flare to the Bakersfield community. Locale is approaching it’s FOUR YEAR ANNIVERSARY and Heather shares her hopes and upcoming plans for her popular eatery.
